Le Gâteau – A Masterclass in Modern French Patisserie

In this 4-hour hands-on class, you’ll learn to craft an elegant entremet-style cake with a perfect balance of flavours and textures. Guided step by step, you’ll master professional pastry techniques to create a refined dessert that’s both stunning and delicious.
