Ladies Day Trip to Tangalooma - Moreton Island Beach Day!

Okay ladies, this one is going to be SO good!

We're heading to Moreton Island for a Tangalooma Beach Day Cruise - this will be one of those days that just fills your cup right up. Beautiful island, stunning beach, sunshine, good company... what more do you need?

This is a self-organised group day trip - you'll book your own cruise ticket directly with Tangalooma, and then register here so I know who's coming and can keep us all together on the day!

We'll aim to meet up 15-20mins before boarding so we can all find each other, have a little moment together and grab a group pic before we set off.

Once we arrive on the island, we'll have a huddle on the pier and work out the plan together - whether that's grabbing a coffee and taking a stroll along the beach to the famous shipwrecks, hiring a kayak for a bit of fun on the water, or just soaking up the resort vibes and relaxing on the beach. Completely up to you - the day is yours! We may split into groups who prefer to do the same thing, then meet again for lunch at 11.30am. 

How to book your cruise:

Standard Beach Day Cruise - $109 per adult
Departs Brisbane (Holt St Wharf, Pinkenba) if we all book the 7:30am boat (or 10:00am if you're coming over later on your own)
Returns from Tangalooma 4:00pm
Includes return cruise + $25 lunch voucher + resort access

Meet at Holt St Wharf, Brisbane (details confirmed closer to the date)
Meet up about 7.10am to get parking and have a little huddle before we head off

Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…

- We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group

- We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group

- Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone

- You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.

- We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
