For anyone who is not yet familiar with iNaturalist, we strongly suggest creating a free account now so you can become a citizen science extraordinaire! Signup at www.inaturalist.org, download the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store and maybe even start observing species in your area this very weekend.

As this is an outdoor event, please prepare to be out in the elements and pack water and food, and dress for the weather forecast on the day. There is limited seating so a picnic blanket or camping chair might be ideal to bring along.
