LARGS BAY HISTORY VISIT & TALK

Join us at 6.30pm for a Largs Bay History Visit and Talk by Brian Samuels. Brian was one the contributors to and editors of the Largs Bay Centenary Booklet of 1982 compiled by a committee of the Rotary Club of Largs Bay and his richly illustrated PowerPoint presentation will provide an overview of the development of Largs. The visit has been timed to acknowledge the 2024 centenary of the first school buildings on the 215 Fletcher Road site and the School’s displays and records will be available for inspection before the night concludes with supper.  For much of its life it was known as Largs Bay Primary School but more recently as Largs Bay Schools and since 2017 Largs Bay School.
