• What age group is this event for?

  This event is designed for people in their 20s and 30s, creating a fun and relatable space for social connection and meeting new people.

• What is the vibe of the event? #VibeCheck

  Playful, energetic and a little competitive! Expect team banter, plenty of laughs and an action-packed game, followed by a relaxed post-game social where you can grab a drink or meal and chat with everyone.

• Can I come to the event on my own?

  Absolutely! Most people attend Be Social events solo. We’ll begin with introductions and organise the teams, so you won’t need to find your own group.

• What do I wear?

  Wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes that you can safely move around in.

• Do I need laser tag experience?

  Not at all! No previous experience or particular fitness level is required. It’s designed to be a fun and social activity rather than a serious competition.

• What is included in each ticket?

  What is included in the Laser Tag Only ticket?

  Your ticket includes one organised laser tag activity, team allocation, introductions and Be Social hosting. Food, drinks and any additional activities can be purchased separately.

  What meals can I choose from?

  Choose one of the following:

  • Double beef cheeseburger with fries

  • Chicken schnitzel with fries

  • Margherita pizza with fries

  • Margherita Gluten free pizzas

  You’ll be asked to select your meal when booking.

  What drinks can I choose from?

  Choose one of the following:

  • One house beer

  • One house wine

  • Two soft drinks

  • Two juices

• Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

  Please contact Be Social before booking if you have dietary requirements or allergies so we can check what Kingpin can accommodate. Please don’t assume that every requirement can be catered for.

• Is this event accessible?

  Laser tag takes place in a darkened arena and may involve flashing lights, loud sounds, obstacles and physical movement. Please contact Be Social before booking if you have mobility, accessibility or sensory requirements so we can check suitability with the venue.

• Can I receive a refund if I can no longer attend?

  Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or if you can no longer attend. If ticket resale is available for this event, it must be completed through the official Humanitix resale system.
