Please make sure you arrive on time.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, you won’t be able to join the event, as it disrupts the flow for everyone else.

Tickets, refunds and resale

Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may list your ticket for resale through Humanitix:

Open your Humanitix confirmation email.
Select Manage Order → Resale → Sell Tickets.
Send the private resale link to someone you have found or list the ticket publicly.

If it sells, your ticket is cancelled, you receive a refund and the new attendee receives a ticket in their name. Tickets can only be resold for the original price, with no additional resale fees.

You may find a buyer yourself, but the payment and transfer must still be completed through Humanitix. Tickets bought or transferred outside Humanitix will not be accepted.

Listing your ticket does not guarantee it will sell. If it remains unsold, the ticket stays yours and Be Social cannot provide a refund.

If the resale option isn’t shown, the event may not allow resale—such as some experiences or overnight trips. If you believe this is an error, please contact Be Social.

For gender-specific tickets, the new attendee must align with the ticket category so we can maintain the event’s balance. Any game prompts or pairings already assigned may remain based on the original purchaser’s details.
