Law for Kentucky LPCCs

In this training LPCC’s and LPCA’s will learn about the Kentucky laws and regulations that are involved with their license and how the Kentucky Licensed Professional Counseling Board operates. This includes Licensing requirements, definitions, educational requirements, supervision and supervisor requirements, and codes of conduct.

Educational Objectives for this program include:

Will have an understanding of LPCC board definitions and how the board operates.
Will understand the requirements of the LPCC law requirements for education, experience, supervision, and continuing education.
Will understand and have knowledge about codes of conduct, ethics, and discipline methods of Kentucky LPCC board and laws.
Will understand new revisions in the Kentucky LPCC laws and regulations.
