Leader Evolution Program Series 3 - 2025

Leader Evolution, our 3-day intensive leadership program, is suited to mid-to-senior leaders from all sectors with 5+ years of leadership or management experience, who are looking to take their skills to the next level and become more impactful, effective and authentic leaders.  

Whether you’re facing tough leadership challenges, navigating complex and uncertain workplace issues, or simply looking to upskill and broaden your leadership skills, the Leader Evolution Program is designed to deepen your leadership capacity and provide the adaptive tools you need to mobilise and work with others to achieve important outcomes. 

As the next step in your leadership development, Leader Evolution focuses on surfacing and overcoming real-world challenges, leading with values and conviction, and strengthening your ability to lead your team or stakeholders through uncertainty. Through our unique blend of practical and experiential learning experiences, including peer collaboration, sense-making and seasoned guest speakers, this program will empower you to lead more effectively and adaptively no matter how complex the situation. 

Over three days, you’ll engage in hands-on learning with a group of diverse leaders, leveraging collective insights. You'll return to your work better equipped to navigate challenges with confidence and a renewed sense of purpose.

All workshops are in person and are held in Melbourne CBD. Venue details will be provided upon enrolment.
