The Career Ladder is Broken.
Are you aware that across Greater Sydney over 20,000 young people are actively looking for work. Some of the most impacted by the pandemic and economic uncertainty.
For those in work, wages have stagnated and there are fewer opportunities for career advancement and economic mobility.
SVA’s Employer Innovation Lab is currently supporting 15 leading employers to manage their aging workforce and find the talent they need to sustain and grow whilst supporting this generation.
