Last year we had Ronan Magaharan from Water NSW present on the challenges of managing our state’s water in the face of extreme climatic events and an ever increasing population. This evening Belinda will guide us from the dams to the household tap and what it takes to make that journey through the complex web of assets that is Sydney Water.

Water - The Journey Continues

Belinda is the head of Engineering and Technical Support with the task of optimising the asset lifecycle and operational performance of all of Sydney Water's assets.

Her discussion will give us some insight into the demands of leading a diverse team which includes engineering and design services, environment and heritage, asset analytics and modelling capability, asset information and data capture. The scope, scale and challenges of Belinda’s role draws on her passion for leadership and empowering front line employees to deliver business and customer outcomes and transform their careers.
