COURAGEOUS AUTHENTICITY - the conversations you must have as a leader
We have all engaged in challenging workplace conversations. Whether we have been telling a client about project delays, addressing challenging feedback or passing on bad news to a senior executive. Most of us would rather avoid these conversations.
There are also those occasions when one conversation is not enough, when we have had the difficult conversation and things still don’t improve - something is still missing the mark. How often do we find ourselves wondering how we can get our message through or should we just give up?
These conversations are not always a one-off-event. Sometimes the development of ideas and awareness takes time.
Effective leaders know these conversations must occur. They will boldly step up to these conversations with courageous authenticity, curiosity and respect.

You will leave with strategies to:
- Address the recurring and seemingly intractable underperformance issues
- Provide feedback that increases learning and lessens defensiveness

We understand situations can change and hope they don’t affect your ability to attend the program. If the intended participant is unable to attend, a substitute from the same organisation may attend in their place at no additional charge.
