Growing as a leader takes time and intentional practice. Our series of half day Leadership Masterclasses will allow you and your leadership team to share in succinct and powerful development sessions. You will expand your learning mindset and be provided with useable, takeaway strategies. Join us!

COURAGEOUS AUTHENTICITY - the conversations you must have as a leader

We have all engaged in challenging workplace conversations. Whether we have been telling a client about project delays, addressing challenging feedback or passing on bad news to a senior executive. Most of us would rather avoid these conversations.

There are also those occasions when one conversation is not enough, when we have had the difficult conversation and things still don’t improve - something is still missing the mark. How often do we find ourselves wondering how we can get our message through or should we just give up?

These conversations are not always a one-off-event. Sometimes the development of ideas and awareness takes time.

Effective leaders know these conversations must occur. They will boldly step up to these conversations with courageous authenticity, curiosity and respect.

Come and hone your art. Be ready for real-time conversations. Take your most important conversations to the next level.

You will leave with strategies to:

Address the recurring and seemingly intractable underperformance issues
Provide feedback that increases learning and lessens defensiveness
Expand and develop your vocabulary and language to clearly and succinctly express your intent
Create a psychologically safe context
Speak up and raise important issues in your workplace [and maintain relationships]

(we're looking forward to welcoming you to our Masterclass which was rescheduled due to COVID restrictions from 29 July 2021)
