Whether you’re new to leadership or looking to develop new skills to get the most out of your team, our Leading Others program will set you up for success. Developed on the foundations of our own leadership journeys, we want to share with you the best practice methods we have learnt along the way, supported by our learnings with world-class HR tools like DiSC and WRAW.

- Be compliant and keep up to date with HR legislation
- Explore the must Have HR processes to be an effective organisation
- Know what resources you can use when you face HR challenges
4. Managing people effectively
- Uncovering what motivates and drives your teams performance
- Assigning work effectively and identify workflow
- Setting individual and team goals
5. Performance management and having difficult conversations
- What is performance management
- Assessing your team's capabilities and how this impacts their workflow
- Learn how to make difficult conversations constructive
6. Individual coaching session
- A chance for one-on-one solutions-focused coaching with your facilitator. Address what matters to you and be provided with tools to overcome your challenges
7. Building high-performing teams: workplace well-being (including WRAW report)
- The importance of coaching and feedback
- Build trust to inspire performance
- Learn the key to creating a high-performing team
- Bring the best out in people by building resilience and well-being
8. Individual coaching session
- A chance for one-on-one solutions-focused coaching with your facilitator. Address what matters to you and be provided with tools to overcome your challenges
9. Finance for managers
- Understanding financial statements and reports
- Setting budgets and financial targets
- Asset management
10. Business/Project planning
- Create and embed your Vision, Mission Goals
- Aligning your Workplace Culture
- Overcome resistance to change
- Create a business plan that covers all stakeholders
- Take on a new project with a structure and plan
11. Presenting with confidence
- Overcome the fear of presenting in public
- Build confidence and become receptive to feedback
- Learn best practice ways to engage an audience
