Join CALD2LEAD, in partnership with the Queen Victoria Women’s Centre (QVWC), for the inaugural session of our new Leadership Exchange Framework Series.
Leading with Confidence: Finding Your Voice brings together culturally diverse women, emerging leaders and experienced professionals for an evening of honest leadership conversations, shared learning and purposeful connection.
Through facilitated conversations with established leaders, we’ll explore what it means to lead with confidence, find and use your voice, navigate leadership spaces and build influence while remaining authentic to who you are.
The session will provide opportunities to:

Hear from experienced leaders about their leadership journeys, challenges and lessons learned

Praveen Reddy
Chief Strategy, Innovation & Partnerships, AMES Australia Praveen is an experienced Executive and Non Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in the government, private sector and not-for-profit sectors. Skilled in Business Process, Business Planning, Analytical Skills, Technology Management, Operations Management, Public Policy and Business Case. Strong business development professional graduated from Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Zione Walker-Nthenda
Director, Victorian Public Sector Zione Walker-Nthenda is a lawyer, social entrepreneur, podcaster and former public service executive with more than 25 years experience working in systems, structural and organisational change. Her career spans justice, policing, government and community organisations including Victoria Police, Women's Legal Service Victoria, Victoria Legal Aid, the Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service, the Department of Families, Fairness, and Housing and the Department of Premier and Cabinet. She is the founder of Community Builders Lab, a social enterprise helping grassroots founders and organisations build the strategy, governance, and capability needed to grow sustainably. Her ambition is to develop one million community builders by 2030.
