Leadership Exchange: Leading with Confidence: Finding Your Voice

Join CALD2LEAD, in partnership with the Queen Victoria Women’s Centre (QVWC), for the inaugural session of our new Leadership Exchange Framework Series.

Leading with Confidence: Finding Your Voice brings together culturally diverse women, emerging leaders and experienced professionals for an evening of honest leadership conversations, shared learning and purposeful connection.

Through facilitated conversations with established leaders, we’ll explore what it means to lead with confidence, find and use your voice, navigate leadership spaces and build influence while remaining authentic to who you are.

The session will provide opportunities to:

Learn more about CALD2LEAD's leadership and governance scholarships, including opportunities to support your next stage of leadership development
Hear from experienced leaders about their leadership journeys, challenges and lessons learned
Explore confidence, communication, executive presence and influence
Build connections with other emerging and established leaders outside of your networks
Exchange experiences and perspectives in an interactive and supportive environment

The Leadership Exchange series is an ongoing pathway for learning, mentoring, networking and connection, designed to strengthen a community of current and future culturally diverse women leaders.

Whether you're an emerging or aspiring leader, a CALD2LEAD scholar, considering applying for a future scholarships, or simply looking to strengthen your confidence and connections, we'd love for you to join us.

Come ready to connect, learn and find your voice.
