I am Lisa Cohen, of In2Balance Kinesiology, and together we will honour the light and the shade of 2021, we will release the dis-ease and overwhelm, and so create space for your intention and joy for 2022.

Imagine yourself travelling and at the end of the day, you need a place to replenish your energy, rest your head and re-energise for the next day of travel... this is what you will experience here - a time to honour, rest and replenish, ready for the next stage of your journey, ready for 2022!

Re-imagine and embody your Intention and Vitality for 2022.
Bring calm to your mind, body and spirit so that you can embrace the NEW you.
Incorporate mindfulness/meditation, EFT Tapping, Celtic practices such as 'walking the round' and crossing the 'threshold', with other practices such as journaling and open sharing...

You will leave with a new vitality, feeling calm and at ease so that you can move into 2022 with confidence and ease.
