If you need to cancel due to illness/Covid Safety, a refund will be available as long as you advise Swing Patrol via text to 0412 309 311 before 9am on the day of the event. Cancellations for reasons other than Covid Safety: As the venue has a fixed capacity, refunds are not possible without 24 hours notice, as we may have turned away other dancers and need time to give others the opportunity to snap up your spot. Thanks for understanding. Where applicable, a full or partial refund (less administration fee) may be available up to close of online ticket sales at 5pm Friday 31 March.
