Lemuria Rising - Orewa- Voice and toning workshop

An invitation to an enjoyable afternoon of voice and toning exploration, and sound healing. Hosted by Nicola Rose Gibbons and Michelle Waring.

This group is all about expansion of the throat and voice. In that
everybody has their own unique sound or vibration. The intention is to leave with a greater sense of confidence in your own voice and speaking out.

And with guided exercises, also feel a greater sense of harmony in your body; simply by harnessing your own sound. Toning is easy and begins to free the voice again. It is also very healing, for yourself and others.

Nicola Rose Gibbons is a sound healer, and speaks light language with songs and drumming. She has hosted groups around the world. Michelle is has many feathers in her cap. As a music teacher and also a yoga teacher she is well versed in the world of voice, music and movement.

Before the fun Vocal Toning exploration, will be activations for the Throat Chakra area, this will help with further expansion. The second half of the group will be a sound healing voyage, where you can lie down, relax and receive. Experience deep relaxation with drumming, the singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, flute and other instruments. Nicola and Michelle will both take you on a sound journey.

The time of Lemuria was a time of great peace. The wisdom of Lemuria comes as a gentle whisper, a sacred reminder to slow down and breathe and to return to the heart. Now that the earth is shifting once again, many believe it is time to remember Lemuria. Not as a place but as a path back to who we truly are.
