Join Us!
The Hobsons Bay Dementia Soaring Falcons Alliance is a new community group. Our
members include people living with dementia, their family/friends/carers local
business owners/managers and the broader community. Please join us for a forum
where we will come together to learn, share ideas and create a plan for a more
inclusive Hobsons Bay.
What's In It for You?
You will:
- learn about different forms of dementia;
- get practical suggestions for being more inclusive; and
- speak to those with lived experience.
Together, we can reduce stigma and
discrimination in our community.
Morning tea will be provided by CWA Altona Branch.
