Walking tour - Presented by AIACV’s EDI Knowledge Community

Join AIACV’s EDI Knowledge Community for a powerful walking tour through Sacramento’s LGBTQ+ history. Led by Henry Feuss, Historic Preservation Planner for the City of Sacramento, and Clare Flynn, Preservation Consultant with Page & Turnbull, this immersive experience highlights the city’s first-ever LGBTQ+ Historic Experience Project—completed in December 2024. Discover the stories, spaces, and milestones that shaped the community, as we visit key sites recognized in the project and proposed for inclusion in the future Lavender Heights Historic District. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to connect with the people and places that helped define Sacramento’s vibrant LGBTQ+ legacy.
