We do not always get to choose who is part of our Team and may not have collaborated before. This workshop will delve into the intricacies of building strong teams within the construction industry, addressing the unique challenges teams face and offering strategies for overcoming them. This includes Architects, GCs, Designers, Engineers and Clients. We will explore team dynamics, how to motivate team members, set expectations, manage those expectations and how to foster a collaborative environment. You will leave with practical skills to build the vital role of teamwork, clear communication, and constructive problem-solving to achieve successful projects through construction.
