Event description

One of the most important steps in preparing for employment is learning how to improve and maintain our wellbeing and resilience. This course will help you to understand your emotions and needs, and how these influence your interactions with others, and the daily self-care tools you can use to boost your confidence and feel good for work.

To access this course for free you must be a South Australian resident (or hold a valid work or study visa), aged 18 years or older and preparing for work or study, and not enrolled in school or a Flexible Learning Options program.

The 4 sessions will be held on 30-May, 6-Jun, 13-Jun & 20-Jun.
Each Tuesday class will run from 9:30am to 2:30pm.

The course topics include:

Our Community Learning mentors and trainers are there to support you every step of the way. Even once the course has finished our mentors will continue to help you, making you feel confident and empowered, and ready to take the next steps in your learning journey or path to employment.
