Through Light Language, breathwork, Kundalini activation, and the precision of someone who has done the deep work herself, I create the conditions for women to remember who they actually are,beneath the survival patterns, the stories, and the accumulated weight of a life lived performing.

I was born in Germany and have called Australia home for eighteen years. I am a mother, a healer, and a woman who has walked through her own initiation, shadow work, childhood survival patterns, emotional and physical abuse, and a long reclamation of my relationship with my body after an eating disorder. I do not share this to position myself as someone who suffered. I share it because it is the source of my precision. I know the terrain. I have mapped it from the inside.

My gifts are both trained and innate. As a highly intuitive Kundalini yoga teacher, Kundalini activator, breathwork guide, holistic counsellor, and wellness coach, I work at the intersection of the body, the energy field, and the subconscious. My psychic and mediumship abilities allow me to sense what moves beneath the surface — the unseen threads connecting you to yourself, your lineage, and the greater field of what is possible for you.

My work is not about fixing you. You are not broken. It is about removing what was never yours to carry — so the version of you that has always existed beneath the weight can finally breathe, move, and receive.

I lead from presence, not performance. From radical honesty, not spiritual aesthetics. And from the quiet authority of someone who has walked the path and knows exactly where the doorway is.
