I am a dedicated wellness advocate with a profound commitment to personal growth and healing. My journey has led me through the depths of shadow work, where I have engaged in the transformative process of unlearning ingrained childhood behaviors and addressing past traumas, including my personal battle with an eating disorder. Through this journey, I have cultivated a deep appreciation for food and have become a passionate cook focused on healthy choices. Today, I am proud to lead health retreats that inspire others to embrace their wellness journey.
Originally from Germany, I relocated to Australia 16 years ago, leaving my cherished family behind. However, I remain grateful for my precious daughter, who is a constant source of joy in my life.
I recognize that many individuals face significant challenges on their paths to healing. It is essential to feel before we can heal, and practices such as Kundalini yoga and breathwork can facilitate profound physical and emotional release.
