Life craft workshop

This small, supportive workshop is all about life craft: recognising that you only get one life, then cramming it with as much good stuff as possible, finding and following joy and purpose to build a more beautiful, meaningful life. (That then ripples on out into the world.)

There will be:

• Space to reflect and reconnect with what matters.

• Tools to recognise (and relinquish) what doesn’t.

• Clarity and confidence to take the next steps.

• Also mild woo woo (guided visualisations), useful stuff (lists and useful tools), and fun (lovely people, food, and sparks).

• There will also be generous snacks so you don't have to worry about dinner.
