This small, supportive workshop is all about life craft: recognising that you only get one life, then cramming it with as much good stuff as possible, finding and following joy and purpose to build a more beautiful, meaningful life. (That then ripples on out into the world.)

There will be:

Space to reflect and reconnect with what matters.
Tools to recognise (and relinquish) what doesn’t.
Clarity and confidence to take the next steps.
Also mild woo woo (guided visualisations), useful stuff (lists and useful tools), and fun (lovely people, food, and sparks).
There will also be generous snacks so you don't have to worry about dinner.
