Enjoy a creative Sunday learning to design and carve your own Lino designs inspired by our beautiful native flora. Various techniques will be covered including how to create different marks with different tools, how to come up with a simple yet effective design and transfer to your lino block and how to print using various approaches to colour and transfer.

This is a beginner friendly course suitable for adults. All materials included in the price

I am a local artist in the Adelaide Hills region and have been teaching kids and adults for 9 years. I have a Bachelor degree in Visual Arts and Design and my main arts practice involves watercolours and drawing. I have strong passion for and focus on Australian wildlife and bush habitat and this often comes through in my art class themes. My teaching approach involves nurturing and building creative confidence as well as general technical skill. I believe the key to unlocking ones creative abilities is to first trust and believe in yourself and ignore negative self talk, this is also an important rule for life in general. I run term classes, one off workshops, council workshops and School holiday kid's programs and I try to cover a wide array of materials and approaches in all of my workshops.
