What you will make

Using gorgeous woolly fibres Arzu will guide you step by step to make a little figure standing approx. 10cm tall on a wooden base.

You will have an abundance of stunning wool colours, plus crystals, trinkets and dried flowers to decorate. You will also have a choice of skin tones and many beautiful hair fibres. The photos shown are examples and you will have many more options to choose from.

NOTE:

• All workshops welcome complete beginners and experienced felters alike.

• The nature of our conversations and workshop duration mean this workshop is for adults only.

• Group size is limited to 8 to create a more relaxed learning environment and more focused 1:1 tuition so book early to avoid disappointment

• I also have a weekday workshop between school hours if that suited you better: Weds 25th Nov

Where?

The enchanted Dollmaker's Studio is in the famous market village of Eumundi on Kabi Kabi Country. It overlooks the Sunshine Coast hinterland and is located just 20 mins from Noosa's stunning beaches and 3 minutes off the HWY.

About the facilitator

Hi - I'm Arzu. I'm passionate about sharing my love of needle felting fluffy wool into form and creating beautiful and nurturing spaces for women to gather & create!

For over 16 years I have dedicated my life to teaching needle felting & sewing workshops and selling my boutique craft kits online. There is currently a 4-month wait on my bespoke medicine doll commissions.

You can also find me teaching at many local events incl Woodford Folk Festival & Knitfest Fibre Festival.

When I'm not felting, I'm often foraging on bushwalks, tinkering in my garden, tending my medicinal plants, dancing, mothering two fine young men or smiling my way through my most recent hobby - pickle-ball!

The space I hold and step by step tuition I offer, will allow you to relax into the process whilst also allowing creativity to more effortlessly flow through you. I promise!
