This is not a 9D journey. There are no headphones. No pre-set tracks. No fixed theme. No set destination.
Just your breath, your body, a room full of humans on the same path, and live, heartfelt guidance.
A deeply communal experience.
In this session, we strip it back to the roots of breathwork: music in the room, gentle live facilitation, eye masks on, and a space to feel, freely and fully.
This is an invitation for those who want to experience breathwork in its raw, unembellished beauty.
A space to simply show up and see what unfolds, with no fixed intention, no expectation, and no pressure to "achieve" anything.
While our 9D experiences use technology to amplify the journey with immersive soundscapes and set intentions, some of you have been craving something simpler, a session that reconnects us with breathwork’s pure and ancient essence. Where the magic arises from community, presence, and surrender.

We begin with a guided meditation to help settle the mind and ease into a space of calm and openness.

Through simple yet profound connection exercises, we cultivate an atmosphere of trust and support, inviting you to simply be as you are.
The Breathwork Journey
With your eye mask on, music intentionally curated to support your inner journey fills the space. Live, intuitive guidance supports each breath as the session unfolds naturally.
There is something deeply powerful about sharing this experience in a room full of others breathing together. Each on their own path, yet united in a shared field of transformation.
You may hear sighs, cries, even screams. These raw expressions are welcome. They remind us that healing is not meant to be quiet. Expression is sacred. And we are not alone.
This is a space where what needs to be felt can rise, be seen, breathed through, and released.
A shared rhythm. A collective healing.
A return to what it means to be fully human together.
Integration & Sharing Circle
We close with a gentle meditation to integrate the experience, followed by an optional sharing circle where you can reflect and connect with others in a safe and welcoming space.
