Slow Myofascial Flow & Yin with Cello
Event description
The Slow Myofascial Flow & Yin Masterclass, featuring the incredible music of cellist Rachel, is designed to help you rediscover your sense of inner equilibrium. The melodic sounds, gentle movement and glorious beach setting create an afternoon of ambiance and self-reflective calm.
Paola lays the foundation with a slow and deliberately paced Slings Myofascial Training flow, a sequence that employs leisurely undulating movements to uncoil, rebalance, glide and connect with your body’s fascia and muscles. Small massage props are used to enhance tissue nourishment and hydration. With special focus on marrying nervous-system regulation and movement, this class encourages a sense of all-embracing inner health and vitality.
Naturally winding down into Yin melting poses held for extended periods of time and targeting the myofascial slings of the body – aided by Rachel’s warm, resonant music – we unfurl and rediscover a sense of deep relaxation, a place of expansive breath and rich tranquillity.
This is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in two hours of meditative unwinding, which promises to help you find new-found spaciousness, inner equilibrium and a beautiful sense of wellbeing.
Do join Rachel and I for this special masterclass.
