Everything in Life the universe is a constant changing vibration

Your personal vibration will be differ daily  depending on what you eat , drink , how you sleep, the thoughts you choose, positive or negative to influences and events in your life.

T-Brand's ‘Living Vibration Dance’ offers a space where we leave the world outside to commune with beat and melody allowing you to move, adjust your vibration, to unwind, reset, power up, clear the dross and reclaim your rhythm in life.

Dance is more than movement it transcends the boundaries of traditional cardio workouts; it's self-expression, a moving meditation that can release patterns, an inner alignment to get in touch with ourselves, uplifting the spirit and nourishing the soul. As well as stretching the body, strengthening the muscles and skeletal system, a cardiovascular workout and just plain fun, all guiding you to recalibrate your body and mind .

Shake off the week find your groove, move at your own pace with a combination of slow tempos and driving beats and let your body be guided by the freedom of dance. A clean dance environment, no shoes, no booze, no phones, just an invitation to let go, have fun and realign your inner energy through free flow movement.
