Event description

TAMBORINE MOUNTAIN

Living Vibration Dance Invites You to Experience Mindful Movement and Expression !

Tony and Jacqui are the couple behind ‘Living Vibration Dance’ and have dancing and body movement close to there heart. They have been dancing all their lives and understand the powerful benefits of conscious movement, and that keeps them vital.

‘Freestyle Dance’ is like a combination of both a moving meditation and dance, physical movement and mindfulness, and the freedom to let go and have fun. There is no audience just you and the music. You are truely in a space where you can dance like no one is watching.

Our intension is for you to focused on you, your breath, your natural and expressive movement. Mindfulness and relaxation through your own ‘freestyle’ interpretation. What can be achieved is inner stillness, mental clarity, harmony and of coarse lifting your spirits. Tony’s says, I have found if I have had anything troubling me that after a dance I have either had the answers or at least felt better about a situation.

We light the room dimly and has a ambient feel, the music is loud enough to envelop you, that can emote feelings within you to move to the beat. The freestyle dance movement space provides an area where you can explore and express yourself through movement to a eclectic selection of music tempos and styles. Our dance takes you on a journey, we start with slow tempos to allow you to warm your body, stretch and start to move. The music then moves into a variety of beats slowly taking it up in tempo to where you can truely let it all go. Personal expression and interpretation, allowing you to connect with music and rhythm.

Whether you seek relaxation, creative expression, personal reflection, or simply a few hours away from your world to have a cardio workout, some fun and shake it out, our space offers the environment to connect with yourself through the universal language of dance.
