LJM Release Dinner - Melbourne

A new wine deserves a grand celebration.  Join us for the release of LJM in Melbourne. It is the latest addition to the Paringa Estate portfolio. Quite simply, it’s the best of the best; a blend of our finest single vineyard barrels of pinot noir, from an exceptional vintage, 2022. 

Join us at 2 hat awarded Navi in Yarraville for an unforgettable celebration, beginning with canapés complementing our newly unveiled 2021 Paringa Estate Cuvée Blanc. Celebrated Executive Chef and owner, Julian Hills (former Head Chef at Paringa 2011-2017) has thoughtfully crafted a five-course tasting menu expertly paired with a selection of six Paringa Estate wines, including the eagerly anticipated LJM Pinot Noir.

About LJM

It’s a wine which has taken several decades to create. The fruit comes from our oldest pinot noir blocks, planted in 1988. It is handpicked, destemmed, and fermented in our 3,500 Litre French oak foudres. It is then aged in a combination of new and old barrels. The final stage is an extensive tasting of all the wines by Lindsay and Jamie to choose which barrels will go into the blend.

It’s the ultimate collaboration between father and son. A combination of Lindsay’s knowledge and experience, and Jamie’s flair and technical expertise.

Dietary requirements can be catered for but notice in advance (at least 12 hours) is required. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee to fully accommodate you. Please let us know of any, by emailing wine@paringaestate.com.au.

Please note we require prepayment for your booking through Humanitix. On booking you agree to the following terms.

• I understand that I am paying the full price of each ticket this evening.
• I understand that I will pay a $50 administration fee if I cancel with 7 days or more notice period, and I will receive a refund for the balance my purchase.
• I understand If cancelled within 7 days my payment will be forfeited - unless Navi is able to fill the table, at which point I will be refunded the full amount minus a $50 administration fee.
