Event description

Join local author S. Caroline Hey as she discusses her new fiction novel, Off I Go...

Off I Go... from media to mindfulness offers a compassionate and insightful look into the challenging, yet ultimately rewarding, journey of travel. What started as a solo round-the-world adventure to escape burnout in NYC quickly became a life-changing pilgrimage. Set against the backdrop of majestic landscapes and rich cultural encounters, from Nepal to Australia, Off I Go… is a moving account of what happens when a woman dares to walk away from what no longer serves her.

A powerful and uplifting tale of self-discovery, resilience, and the courage to pursue a more meaningful life; this book aims to inspire readers to reflect on their own journeys and consider the possibilities that lie beyond the boundaries of their comfort zones.

Free, bookings required.

Books won't be available to purchase at the event but are available to purchase online or from a local book store including Humphreys, Berkelouw Balgowlah or Dymocks Warringah Mall.

Tea and coffee on arrival.
