Off I Go... from media to mindfulness offers a compassionate and insightful look into the challenging, yet ultimately rewarding, journey of travel. What started as a solo round-the-world adventure to escape burnout in NYC quickly became a life-changing pilgrimage. Set against the backdrop of majestic landscapes and rich cultural encounters, from Nepal to Australia, Off I Go… is a moving account of what happens when a woman dares to walk away from what no longer serves her.

A powerful and uplifting tale of self-discovery, resilience, and the courage to pursue a more meaningful life; this book aims to inspire readers to reflect on their own journeys and consider the possibilities that lie beyond the boundaries of their comfort zones.
