Join us for a Local Author Talk with Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Kim Lawler & Positive Psychology Author, Amba Brown, as they discuss their Children's book Fat is Fat & That is That.

What if the word ‘fat’ wasn’t so scary or seen as something bad? Would there be less of a negative impact?

This book aims to do just that. Instead of instilling the fear of fat in our children, let's incorporate it into everyday life. Therefore, if it does come up about their body, it may not be as provoking.

Books will be available for purchase on the day. Payment via card transaction.

Kim and Amba were both born and raised on the Northern Beaches. Kim is now an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with her own local private practice (Mona Vale & Frenchs Forest). Amba is a positive psychology author and psychologist.
