Experience the ultimate celebration of wine and fabulous food at Lake George Winery this Stomp Festival.
Lunch:
Indulge in a delectable three-course meal featuring:
- Kingfish Kokoda with coconut cream, eschallot, fresh chilli, baby coriander, and taro crisps, perfectly paired with a glass of LGW Sparkling 2019.
- 2-prong lamb rack accompanied by fondant potato, Fijian-Indian lamb jus, and heirloom tomatoes pico de gallo, harmonised with a glass of LGW Weereewaa Red 2023.
- Lake George Eaton Mess with rosemary chantilly, crushed meringues, and farm-to-table grape compote made with Edgar’s Fortified, all enhanced by a glass of LGW Mistelle fortified.
