Come along and meet other local women in business at Love Local Fleurieu Spring on Friday, 13 November, 2.00pm to 6.00pm at Lazy Ballerina Wines, Dingabledinga.

If you are seeking more; a bigger impact, a trusted peer group, an exchange of opportunities, a sharing of experiences, new wisdom or inspiration, this is for you.

Building relationships is the best (and most enjoyable) way to do business. You will get to have genuine conversations and experience authentic connections with a community of like-minded Fleurieu business women, who lift your up and cheer you and your business on!

We value community, connection and collaboration over competition. We are a sisterhood of women who come together to share our hearts, our stories and our take on business and life so that we can all grow and learn from each other.

We are passionate about growing our businesses and doing life in a way that feels expansive and sustainable. We want to level up in business, but we want to have fun and enjoy the journey along the way.

Whether you are a business owner, career woman, community leader or boss of your life, this is for you if:

You want to create a business that feels in alignment with your passions, your values and your purpose.
You want to be inspired by women who have listened to their hearts, acted on their goals and created a life and business that they love.
You want to find your business tribe and support crew. A community of women who will encourage and support you to go after what you want in your business.
You want opportunities for those light bulb moments, that lead to big ideas and powerful progress towards your business goals.
You want deeply rewarding, life and business affirming “me too” moments when you realise that everyone has challenges, and everyone experiences fear and discomfort just like you. You are not alone!
You want to learn from those that have gone before you. Listen to their stories and take away little pearls of wisdom that can help you to avoid some of the common mistakes made while building a business.
And most importantly, you want to have a little fun at the end the work week and enjoy the excellent company, local food and Lazy Ballerina wine.

At Love Local Fleurieu Spring we will be shinning the light on Genevieve Byrt, an incredibly talented local artist who has created a life that she loves by turning her passion into her business.

Gen is the human half of Gen + Tonic. Tonic is the magic half. Using every colour under the sun, some intention setting and a whole lotta love, Gen creates artwork for those that want to tune into themselves, their space and their feels.

Whether this is through her much loved ‘thought’ paintings, her cheerful and bright homewares or her super spunkie wearable art, Gen’s creations evoke feelings of fun, joy and playfulness.

Gen hasn’t always painted. She put it on the shelf for a very long time because of the dreaded F word. FEAR. But with a whole lot of courage and self-love, Gen made the decision to put herself and her passion for creating art first. And it’s been the best and most rewarding experience she’s ever had.

Gen is constantly evolving, expanding and growing. She has been pushing the envelope on what she thought was possible for herself and her business, she has backed herself and gone after what she loves – fear and all – and the results have been beyond her wildest dreams and expectations. The sky is the limit now!

Gen’s words will be like rocket fuel for your business. Get ready to be inspired to act on the things that make you happy so that you too can create a business and life that you love.

But that’s not all…Real Food Life will be nourishing our bodies, Kelly’s Cake-away will be serving up her delicious themed cupcakes and Lazy Ballerina will be pouring the local wines.

Take this opportunity to get out the office. You never know who you are going to meet and what ‘aha’ moment you are going to experience at these events. You may even win one of the generous door prizes! Trust me, you don’t want to miss this!!

Ticket sales are now open, so be quick if you want to treat yourself to an amazing afternoon of Love Local Magic.

See you there!

Kellie Hansen xx
