Join our Local Land Services Livestock Officer and local District Vet in the paddock and stock yards to learn on-farm stock management and breeding basics, with advice on simple production systems for beef cattle, sheep, or goats.

Get the run-down on:

• Buying and selling stock – demystifying LPA, NLIS and Livestock ID requirements

• Introduction to stock nutrition and feeding

• Breeding and dry stock management

• Your seasonal animal health checklist

• Building livestock assessment skills
