Low Flow Floowork Workshop

Join us with for a low flow tricks workshop with professional instructor Harley. Low Flow is a floorwork based workshop, focusing on connecting basework tricks into smooth, controlled sequences. 

All skill levels welcomed! Floorwork experience helpful, but absolute beginner friendly too :) 

• THIS IS A FREE EVENT FOR MEMBERS ONLY! If you are not a member, you can still come, but tickets will be $5 :)
  
  You'll learn:

• How to link shapes, transitions, floor pathways, and grounded tricks together with fluidity and intention.

• Perfect for building flow, musicality, movement confidence, and making your tricks look effortless. No routine, just tricks & combos!

Bring/Wear:

• Knee pads necessary (PAS Execs will have spares if needed)

• Pole heels recommend!
