Join us with for a low flow tricks workshop with professional instructor Harley. Low Flow is a floorwork based workshop, focusing on connecting basework tricks into smooth, controlled sequences.

All skill levels welcomed! Floorwork experience helpful, but absolute beginner friendly too :)

THIS IS A FREE EVENT FOR MEMBERS ONLY! If you are not a member, you can still come, but tickets will be $5 :)

How to link shapes, transitions, floor pathways, and grounded tricks together with fluidity and intention.
Perfect for building flow, musicality, movement confidence, and making your tricks look effortless. No routine, just tricks & combos!
