Summer Solstice Yin Yoga Immersion with Claire Jayne | Friday 18th December @ Peregian Beach Community House

A space to slow right down, a full body Yin inspired Yoga immersion.

Held at the Summer Solstice, where the lights shines brightest, this LSD invites us to pause and reflect at the turning of the seasons.

To notice what is shifting. What is ready to ripen by softening. What might be more fully emerging and needs space to breath.

Let me take you on a guided meditative journey inwards.

A space to soften hips, shoulders, spine, breath and nervous system —
and perhaps loosen what has been held a little too tightly for a little too long.

An evening of slowing down long enough to feel yourself again.

A practice in staying softening, listening, breathing, deepening.

Longer-held postures, deep breath, a nervous system exhale with grounded presence, and the subtle intelligence of the body when it is not rushed.

Sometimes, the most fulfilling work happens quietly:
in stillness,

in darkness,
in sensation,
in staying.

This practice asks for presence not performance.

Not fast, not flashy, surprisingly potent.

Come and enter the room, we dim the lights, and explore what happens when we stop forcing, rushing, pushing and start listening inwards.

Known for her warm, authentic and gently empowering facilitation style, Claire creates spaces where people feel both deeply held and free to simply be themselves.

Expect less performance, more presence — and a practice that lingers long after you leave the room.

Claire currently teaches regular classes on the Sunshine Coast and facilitates Long Slow Deep seasonal immersions alongside her work through The Diamond Womb Sanctuary.

Her invitation is simple:

Come as you are.

Your body already knows the way.

Let me guide you home.
