Step into the studio with Poom from Poomish Studio and discover how to create stunning portraits in both photography and video, brought to you by LUMIX and Teds Cameras. Whether you're new to studio lighting or looking to elevate your creative skills, this hands-on workshop will help you gain confidence behind the camera.

What You'll Learn:

Studio portrait fundamentals for both photography and videography.
How different lighting setups can be used to recreate real-world shooting scenarios.
How lighting, angles and posing work together to create more flattering and impactful portraits.
Key LUMIX camera features that can help you capture professional-quality photos and cinematic video with ease.

What to Expect:

Hands-on shooting experience with three professional models, giving you the opportunity to practise both stills and video in a studio environment.
Opportunities to test-drive the LUMIX latest gear during the workshop.
Photography and videography challenge where you can put your new skills into action for a chance to win exciting prizes.

About The Creator

Poramet Ariyakusonsuthi, shortly known as Poom, is a photographer and a filmmaker with over 10 years of experience, known for his combination of technicality, practicality, and simplicity. He has been into visual storytelling since he was young. Over the years, he has won awards for his projects, primarily short films. Currently, he is a freelancer under his business, Poomish Studio. He switched from using Sony to LUMIX when LUMIX S5IIX came out and has now fully become an avid LUMIX user.

We run three types of events to help make that happen.

LUMIX Meetups are small and intimate, often led by a talented creator who guides a relaxed photowalk. These gatherings are about connecting on a personal level, exchanging ideas, and capturing the world together, one frame at a time.

LUMIX Playground, our larger-scale experience where creativity truly comes alive. At these events, you’ll have access to the latest LUMIX gear to try out in dynamic setups, with styled talents, creative activations, and unique shooting environments. It’s also where you’ll meet a range of inspiring creators—each with their own specialty—who are there to share tips, stories, and techniques.

LUMIX Workshops in both photography and video, where you can dive deeper into your craft, learn something new, and grow alongside a supportive community of creators.
