This workshop is for anyone from frontline workers to team leaders and managers.  If you need to understand what drives and motivates the people in your organisation, or how to navigate some challenging times you might be experiencing at work, come and see how the ECD can assist with addressing issues of culture and Psychosocial safety in your team.

This 90 minute interactive workshop is designed to give you an opportunity to experience the power of these tools, and discover diverse ways you can use the Emotional Culture Deck with your workplace or team to intentionally create a healthy and productive culture.

This workshop is NOT:

• a silver bullet to solve every workplace culture challenge, and 
• nor a tedious PowerPoint presentation of theories and case studies.
