We begin with gentle fluid movements, similar to Qi Gong & Yoga, & a calming breath flow practice to release any built up tension from your day

& reset the nervous system. Targeting the subtle fascia layers where we form our holding patterns that cause stagnation & tension in the body.

Here we soften, slow down & let go to prepare for deep rejuvenation & meditation. Following on with a simple tea ceremony to get you all ready to snuggle in, then allowing me to guide you into deep somatic rest.
