About the class:

Join Kavita Patel and learn loom knitting or circular knitting, also known as knitting in the round. This technique creates a seamless tube of fabric by joining the ends of a row of stitches to form a circle. You'll then use this tube to create beanies, headbands, or a snowman from scratch!...perfect for gifts! For ages 13-15.

About the Artist: Kavita Patel

Kavita a mom to a 7 year old with a passion for creative knitting on loom, crocheting, block painting etc. She started "Grace's Crafty Mom" as a unique opportunity to showcase her craft by participating in various fall festivals in NC. This is Kavita's first year joining us sharing her skills with Made By Me Studios at Eno Arts Mill. Teaching her child how to knit and learn different crafts during the year has been a motivation for sharing this joy of creating with other youth.
