Bridget invites you to remember through this transformative experience, full body connection and awakening of your intrinsic knowing. She will lead you to reclaim your inner power to direct the trajectory of your health and wellbeing journey, allowing you to embody the goddess you desire to BE.

Bridget will help you open your heart centre (manawa), add fuel to your core digestive fire, (whatumanawa) and higher brain, (pumanawa), using one of our most sacred plant medicines, Kawakawa. We will experience a traditional wairakau (medicinal tonic).This beautiful plant links us directly to source, masculine and feminine energy’s combined, and in harmony, and to our own aroha, with her heart shaped leaf. You will have the opportunity to experience the light and energy balancing properties of this traditionally prepared, potent, plant medicine.

We will dive deep, inner-standing our own biological, physiological, mental, spiritual, and emotional expressions of menopause, acknowledging generational traumas, health system labels and familial traits, all having influence on our identity and story. Nat will walk you through the power and purity of essential oils for aromatic support and for supporting your peri or menopause Journey. You will experience more insight & innner standing about the ’true you’ through the on-the-spot “Hot Seat” coaching that she will do for 2 attendee/volunteers.

You will also have the opportunity to create a ‘make & take’ essential oil blend with the guidance of Natalie Cutler-Welsh. A bespoke blend just for you to address & support your key expressions of Menopause or to empower you to call in that key Archetypes that has perhaps been waiting to be released: The Nurturer, the Motivator, the Visionary, The Truth Teller.
