The ceremony will begin with a sacred circle introduction and an explanation of the health and healing benefits of cacao. We will then have a short sharing circle and grounding exercise before we begin to drink in the plant medicine and set our intentions.

We will then listen to sound healing to help in opening each of the 7 chakra centers with music and simple mantras to help your physical and emotional body come back into balance.
