Create your own wooden plant shelf while learning the basics of power tools.
In this beginner-friendly evening workshop, you’ll use drills and sanders to make a sturdy and stylish shelf for your plants, with step-by-step guidance from an experienced tutor. or it would make an amazing christmas gift!
We’ll start with a health and safety briefing before using any tools. You’ll learn how to safely operate a power drill and sander, and we’ll show you how to extend your skills beyond the basics.
Please wear covered shoes and fitted clothing (nothing loose). Some work may take place outdoors, so dress for the weather.
Children cannot attend due to health and safety requirements
Teens are welcome to join with a participating guardian
Bring your lunch, snacks and a water bottle
Please arrive on time - you’ll need to attend the safety briefing to take part in the workshop
