Make a Play in a Day

*Please note these activities are for young people only. Parents are welcome to stay and observe. You do not need a ticket to do so, but we kindly request you let us know in advance.

About the workshop: Learn all the skills you need to put on a ten minute play in ONE day! We'll spend the day creating our story, acting and rehearsing it on the stage, and designing the costumes, lighting and sound to put it on at 3pm in front of an audience.  

What will I learn? All the skills you need to make a play - from acting, storyline, and blocking a play, through to lighting design, sound and costume! No experience required. 

What do I need to bring? Bring a water bottle and a snack if needed. 

What will I take home? We'll present the play we made to family and friends at 3pm in The Hidden Theatre. The play will go for around 10 minutes.
